To maintain the best results following your session, we recommend the following:

• Avoid strenuous activity or environments that may cause sweating. Sweat can irritate your skin, and exercise may elevate your metabolism, making it difficult for your body to absorb the filler.
• Avoid excessive sun exposure and environments where you may experience heat, like saunas and hot tubs. Heat exposure can increase your skin’s sensitivity, swelling, and bruising.
• Do not rub or massage the injection site. Rubbing your face can disrupt the placement of the filler, leading to an unnatural position and uneven distribution.
