Yes! Free parking is available on-site for all clients visiting our medical spa in Winchester.
We recommend booking your appointment at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and provider. Our schedule tends to fill quickly, particularly in the afternoons and on Fridays.
If you’re planning a special event, such as a wedding, vacation, or photo shoot, contact our office 4 to 6 weeks in advance so we can map out your treatment timeline together. While we occasionally receive last-minute cancellations, booking ahead gives you the best chance of getting the time and provider you need.
Your appointments and well-being are essential to us. We understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice.
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The fee will equal 15% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We charge cancellation fees to the card on file used to hold your appointment.
